Graduate positions in Forest dynamics and theoretical ecology: UT Austin, Farrior group

The Farrior lab at UT Austin is happy to announce openings for two graduate student positions associated with our newly funded project: Tropical to temperate forest dynamics and their potential influences on plant performance strategies, a theory-data fusion approach.

The research will include data analyses, modeling, and applications of our findings to fundamental questions in community ecology. This project is made possible through collaborations with several ForestGEO researchers.

Review of applications for graduate students is December 1, 2023 (Fall 2024 start).
